1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when these Terms were last revised. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

3. Accounts

• You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

• Some features require an active subscription or available credits. Payments are processed by a third party payment provider (Stripe).
• Credits. In the Service, 1 credit equals 1 minute of video processing in the Generator page. For each minute of video from a YouTube link or an uploaded MP4 file, 1 credit will be subtracted from your account.
• Credit availability depends on your plan and can change when your plan renews, is canceled, or expires.
• We may refuse or limit usage to prevent abuse, fraud, or service disruption.

5. Inputs, AI-generated content, and your responsibility

• You may provide inputs such as video links, text prompts, and files (“Input”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to provide Input.
• The Service generates tasks and learning materials (“Output”) using AI. AI-generated Output may contain errors, omissions, or be inappropriate for your use case.
• You can edit generated tasks. You are responsible for the final content of your tasks, especially if you use them to teach or share them with other people or students.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for illegal activities or to violate others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or subscription requirements.
• Don’t upload malware or try to disrupt the Service.
• Don’t submit sensitive or confidential information you do not want processed as Input.

7. Availability and downtime

The Service may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or other reasons. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, YouTube for video links and Stripe for payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if it’s necessary to protect the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service (including any AI-generated Output) is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingo Fuse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You are responsible for your Input and the final content of your tasks, including when you share or use them to teach others.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are using the Service as a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived.
